The DirectLink lobbies are open to the public, and our team is ready to welcome walk-in visitors at both locations from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. The Mt. Angel office is closed from 12:30PM to 1:30PM for lunch, but call-in support remains available.
In compliance with local and federal regulations, face coverings are optional for visitors and staff. However, we ask that you please not visit either office location if you are showing symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID.
Surfaces are still sanitized daily and hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and in member consult rooms in Canby. Product and service handouts are available upon request, and appointments are offered for in-person technical support. Public restrooms are no longer available with the new redesign of each lobby.
Our local Member Services and Technical Support Teams are available as usual to help via telephone, email, and online chat.
