The DirectLink Tech Support Team has received several calls from members today, May 31, reporting that they had been called by robocall scammers posing as Amazon. Be on the lookout for calls like these - their goal is to get you to give up your personal or banking information.
It's important to remember to never give out your personal information over the phone to someone that you don't know - companies like Amazon will never call you and ask for details relating to your order or account.
