We wanted you to be aware that we have international security measures in place to prevent automated connections to email from countries that typically host malicious attacks.
Because of these protections, if you’re traveling internationally, your ability to sync email to your desktop client will be restricted to the United States, Mexico, Australia, and Canada. Outside of those countries, you’ll still be able to access email through a browser by visiting our webmail at mail.mydirectlink.net. Alternatively, you can use a commercial VPN to connect through one of those three countries to sync email to your desktop client.
We understand this may be inconvenient for some of you when you travel, but we hope you understand how important it is for us to protect your data in this increasingly connected world.
Thank you and please let us know if you have any questions!
