DirectLink is
first and foremost a member-owned cooperative, and supporting the local
community is a top priority. The company contributes funds annually
toward scholarships for local students, and we’re pleased to announce this
year’s winners.
For the ninth year, DirectLink has provided funds for the Don
Peterson Memorial Scholarship. Don was a founding member of the Canby
Rotary Foundation and served on the DirectLink Board of Directors for
many years. This year’s recipient of the $2,500 scholarship is Kali
Mull. Congratulations, Kali!

The Canby Rotary Foundation also administers the annual DirectLink scholarship fund,
presenting six $2,000 scholarships in 2024 to local high school students.
This year’s recipients are Hunter Galusha-McRobbie, Luke Harms, Kacy
Janzen, Dallas Michel, Gage Millar, and Osten Terry.
In addition to scholarships for local high school students looking to
further their education, two college students from the DirectLink service
area also earned $2,000 scholarships: Tavi Robinson (attending Central
Washington University) and Eryn Thorsrud (attending Portland State
University).
Congratulations to this year’s recipients! Everyone at DirectLink wishes
you the best in your educational endeavors.
