Outage Update October 22nd 4:45 PM: All business voice services have been restored. Should you experience additional challenges, please call us at 503.266.8111. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Outage Update October 22nd 2:24 PM: Our team has reported that the telephone systems for the select affected business members are in the process of being restored. They advise those affected to power cycle the phone system, if it has not already automatically reconnected.

Notice October 22nd 10:45 AM: DirectLink is aware of a current disruption of service affecting some business members. We are diligently working toward a resolution of the issue. We'll post additional information as we learn more.
