Our email hosting provider has identified a database issue on one of the servers and is being taken down, effective immediately for emergency database repair. Estimated downtime is up to 1 hour.
This will affect customers on this server only, and most users will remain active. Expect username/password errors, as the mailboxes will be unavailable during the emergency maintenance.
Customer email to mailboxes housed on this server will queue in the Edgewaves, and deliver when the store is restored.
Update: The affected server has been repaired. Engineering is monitoring the emergency repair to confirm appropriate function.
Email should be operating normally at this time.
