DirectLink is currently experiencing a general outage that affects Internet, Video and Voice services. We are actively investigating the cause of the issue and working to get the service restored as quickly as possible. Service may work sporadically as we work towards full restoration.
Update 2:26 PM 4/3/2019: Internet, Video and Voice services should all be functional again. Thank you, DirectLink members, for your wonderful communication and understanding as we fixed the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update 5:55 PM 4/3/2019: Dear members, we are unfortunately still experiencing sporadic challenges related to the previous outage. These lingering issues have been identified and are being addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience as we work on resuming service.
Update 9:18 PM 4/3/2019: Dear members, our team has completed the repairs and analysis from the outage earlier today. We believe all services are functioning as normal at this point and are stable, ready for member use. Thank you for your patience as we identified and corrected the issue.
