The March winners – Ronald & Debra Brown in Canby and William Bischoff in Mt. Angel – earned gift cards to the 39th Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, running through Sunday, May 7. The festival is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM and on weekends from 9AM to 7PM. All tickets must be purchased online and are not available onsite.
